Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Bluprynt (the “Service”), operated by Bujify Enterprises LLC (doing business as Bluprynt) (“Bluprynt”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). Pay-per-estimate purchases are one-time charges. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may change plan pricing with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) reverse engineer or attempt to extract the underlying source code or models; (b) use the Service to produce content that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights; (c) upload malicious files or attempt to disrupt the Service; (d) resell or white-label the Service without a separate written agreement.

5. Estimates & Accuracy

Bluprynt produces AI-generated estimates based on the plans you upload. Estimates are informational and not a substitute for professional review. You are solely responsible for verifying quantities, pricing, and the suitability of each estimate for your bid. Bluprynt makes no warranty that estimates are complete or error-free.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the plans, proposals, and other content you upload (“Your Content”). You grant Bluprynt a non-exclusive license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service. We do not sell Your Content to third parties.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, or conduct that threatens the integrity of the Service. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete account data after a reasonable retention period.

8. Disclaimers & Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BLUPRYNT'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO BLUPRYNT IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST BIDS, OR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date of an updated version constitutes acceptance.
